All of our basic vinyl banner prices are based on a 10 oz. white vinyl banner material, double lock-stitched hem, with grommets in the corners and every 3 - 5 ft. (depends on the length). One or two colors for the lettering- depending on the layout, in a high quality intermediate grade vinyl. Options such as vinyl banner color, vinyl banner weight, premium grade vinyl for the lettering, web strapping, or other amenities are all available and will have a per sq. ft. or per item adjustment from the standard price.

A design proof of your vinyl banner will be e-mailed to you for approval with a total price before we begin along with a secure link to purchase online by credit card. We also accept payment by money order- by mail or online. When we work up a vinyl banner design for you, we have no idea of your tastes, so please, if there are parts of the design you want changed, just let us know. We feel if you're happy with our service, you'll return- and possibly recommend us to others.

30 vinyl banner sizes to choose from- from 2' x 3' up to 4' x 20'. Actual vinyl banner height is usually a couple of inches less due to hemming.
The vinyl banner weight on which our standard prices are based is 10 oz., but we have both lighter and heavier available.
Vinyl grade used on the lettering for standard vinyl banners is an excellent brand of intermediate, but if you plan on keeping the banner up for awhile- or reused at a later time, you may want to go with premium grade.
Vinyl banners come standard with brass grommets in the corners and spaced along the hem about every 3 - 5 ft. (depends on the length). In most cases, this is more than adequate, but let us know if you need additional grommeting.
Web strapping sewn into the vinyl banner hem greatly increases the strength. This can also be extended out from the vinyl banner at top and bottom, if you like.
White is the standard vinyl banner color. Black, red, green, blue, yellow or grey are also available. Many more color choices are available on the 13 and 14 oz. High Gloss vinyl banner weights.
"Basic" style means lettering only with a nice layout, but without any extra frills (outlines, shadows, artwork, logos, etc.). These amenities are available as a "custom" style vinyl banner.
Reproducing your logo may incur an additional charge- depending on how clean your art is. If you have your logo already available in EPS or AI format (vector files), it can greatly reduce this cost.
To keep your vinyl banner readable, it's best to not get too wordy. Eight words is usually considered a maximum amount. We do have a per word upcharge beginning after 10 words.
Shipping on vinyl banners is .45 sq. ft with a minimum of $6.50 and a maximum of $20 (Continental US).
The blanks for these vinyl banners are all custom cut and sewn for your job. We'll make every attempt to get your job out as soon as possible, but allow 48 - 72 hours from the time we receive final approval until we ship. If we run into a delay and see it will take longer, you will be notified.

Options and upcharge prices:

Web strapping sewn into vinyl banner hem. It can also be extended out at top and bottom to use as ties (this is much stronger than twine) - add .75 sq. ft.
Vinyl banner color other than white (black, red, green, blue, yellow or grey) - add .50 sq. ft.
Over 2 vinyl colors for the lettering- $10 ea. additional color.
"Custom" style instead of "basic"- add $1.50 sq. ft. Logo reproduction may incur an additional charge.
Additional grommets over the norm- $1.50 ea.
Premium grade vinyl instead of intermediate grade - add $1 sq. ft.
Excess wording (over 10) - $5 per word. Note: we do not count single characters such as "&", "a", "-", etc. as a word.

Vinyl Banner Weight Options:

Downgrade to an 8 oz. polyethylene banner (Pepsi style) (white only) - subtract .25 sq. ft.
Downgrade to a lightweight woven (lighter but stronger than the 8 oz. poly) polyethylene (only available in white) - subtract .25 sq. ft.
Upgrade to 11 oz. High Gloss Vinyl Banner- add .40 sq.ft.
Upgrade to 13 oz. Low Gloss (Grey or black not available) - add .60 sq. ft.
Upgrade to 13 oz. High Gloss (21 colors available) Vinyl Banner - add .80 sq. ft.
Upgrade to 14 oz. High Gloss (20 colors available) Vinyl Banner - add 1.00 sq. ft.
