We use top quality 30 mil ProMag®
Vinyl Magnetic Sheeting for all of our vehicle magnetics.
ProMag Magnetic Sheeting is magnetized at 40 poles per inch
compared to 30 poles/inch of other brands - which simply means
more holding power. You're assured of getting a quality product
from Signtech-RTA.
Magnetic signs can be used on more that just vehicles
Although magnetic signs are primarily
used on vehicles, they're also great for industrial use- or
anywhere you need a neat looking temporary sign and there's
a suitable place to stick it!
Magnetic Sign Pricing
At the right are our current prices
for basic magnetics, based on a neat, text only, 1 color layout
with no added frills (outlines, shadows, etc.). Premium grade
vinyl is used for the lettering on the white matte magnetic
background. Options such as colored background, additional
colors, extra words and other amenities are all available
and carry an adjustment over the basic price.
A few specifics
- 14 sizes are listed- 6" x 12" up to 18" x 30"- all priced singularly and per pair. The most popular size is 12" x 24" which fit nicely on most car and truck doors. If you need your magnetics trimmed to a specific size, just let us know.
- The background color on "basic" magnetics is matte white (the color of the vinyl laminate on the magnetic sheeting). We can make them any color you want by overlaying the magnetic sheet with a layer of different color vinyl. There is a $5 per sq. ft. charge for the color change. Note: there may be a slight loss on overall height and width due to trimming after the new background color is applied.
- Prices shown all refer to basic magnetics. "Basic" style means lettering only with a nice layout, but without any extra frills (outlines, shadows, artwork, logos, etc.). Any of these amenities are available as "custom" style magnetics.
- The basic magnetic layout is based on a single color. Additional colors are available at $4 each, per sign.
- To keep your magnetics readable, it's best to not get too wordy. Eight words is usually considered a maximum amount. We have a nominal $2 per word added charge beginning after 10 words, per sign.
- Shipping on magnetics is $2 per total sq. ft with a minimum of $6 (Continental US). Example: A pair of 12" x 24" magnetics would be 4 total sq. ft. x $2 equals $8 shipping. Shipping is by Priority Mail- reliable and quick!
- We do not charge extra for rounding the corners on your magnetic signs.
A design proof of your magnetic signs will be e-mailed
to you for approval, with a total price, before we begin- along with a secure
link to purchase online by credit card. As with our Ready-To-Apply (RTA) lettering,
you don't pay a thing until it looks right to you. We also accept payment
by money order- by mail or online. When we work up the layout for your magnetics,
we have no idea of your tastes. So please, if there are elements of the design
you want changed, just let us know. We feel if you're happy with our service,
you'll come back- maybe even recommend us to others.
